What security measures have you implemented to protect your platform?

We take security very seriously at , and we encourage all of our users to enable their Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Users who make crypto withdrawals will especially need this precaution. We've also made it mandatory for users to create a 6-digit PIN code upon logging in, with an option to enable biometrics as an added layer of protection. Finally, certain account activities such as your login attempts are accompanied by email notifications to keep you informed of any unusual activity.

Finblox is housed on the Amazon Web Services secure cloud infrastructure, and all traffic is encrypted using SSL. We encrypt and anonymize as much data as possible on our servers. We also use industry-standard technologies for password hashing and processing.

Where do you store my cryptocurrencies?

MPC (multi-party computation) is the next generation of private key security. We use the Fireblocks network and MPC-based wallet infrastructure when you deposit your cryptocurrencies. From there, Finblox can either move them to its self-custody cold wallets or lend them directly to borrowers.

How can I trust the security at Finblox?

Security is our top priority. 2FA is the minimum expectation of all of our accounts handled through Google Authenticator. Additionally, your assets will be held in custody by our partner – a military-grade secure vault with insurance of US$45M* on all custodial assets and protected by – which specializes in encryption, fraud prevention, and even has insurance of its own.

*Insurance coverage scope is limited, limitations apply
